6.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is mistakenly listed at the incorrect price, out of stock, discontinued, or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
7.1 Prefinished floors, flooring accessories and floor finishes.
We aiming to deliver our product as soon as possible. Our standard delivery time is 2-4 working days for all stocked products. Some product may arrive in different days as they will be shipped from different locations. Details of shipping information, delivery times, and fees are included in your order confirmation. Timescales for delivery and any associated charges vary depending on the shipping method you select.
7.2 Bespoke flooring
Bespoke floorings are shipped usually within 3-9 weeks. We will send separate email with predicted date of delivery within 5 Woking days from the time of order.
We strongly recommend to ensure the quantity of any flooring orders as we do not accept returns of any remaining boxes of any type of flooring we supply.
We do accept any flooring order in full only but this return will be subject to restocking fee of 25% order value as well as return delivery charge which we will arrange.
All other products apart of the flooring return courier must be arranged by the customer and send back to us in resalable condition.
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
8.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– In its original packaging.
– Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
